We are looking for men ranging in age from the early 20's to late 40's with a broad array of issues and hang-ups. You could be recently divorced, still-a-virgin, kinda funny looking, a bit of a wussy, always dominated by overbearing females, well built and good looking but with no clue, too short, too fat or all of the above. We're looking for a diverse group, so nothing rules you out. The one constant is - you all want to improve.
The Application Process works like this:
Video Guidelines:
We’d like to see you in action, so submitting a video along with your application is a plus. The first thing you need to do is decide whether you’re going the video route. If so, videos should be no more than 2:30 in length. We accept videos in .flv, .wmv, .asf, .avi, .mov, .3gp, .mpg, .mpeg, or .mp4 format, and there is a 100 MB size limit.
Your video should reveal your personality. We want to know about you and see some of what makes you a great pick to compete on Man Oh Man. You might send us an existing video, you might have a friend interview you, you might interview yourself or you might dream up something original or off-the-wall to get our attention. Anything goes, as long as it doesn’t step outside of the boundaries of our Submissions Policy (see below).
If you really can’t deal with the video aspect, that’s ok – we still want to consider you.
Once you have your video or once you’ve decided not to send a video, be sure to read our Submissions Policy.
Now you are ready to move on to the M.O.M. Guy Application form!
Fill out the form. At the bottom of the form, you’ll answer Yes or No to the question - “I am submitting a video.” If you answer No, your done – click SUBMIT. If you answer Yes, click SUBMIT and move on to the video upload page. Follow the simple directions to upload your file – click SUBMIT and keep your fingers crossed, we might be contacting you!
SUBMISSIONS POLICY
Stories, ideas, suggestions, essays, audio, video, photographs or related materials and any other materials of any kind whatsoever submitted (hereinafter, the "Submissions") will not be returned or kept confidential. All such Submissions may be used: (i) on Man Oh Man (the “TV Show”); (ii) on www.manohman.com (the "Website"); (iii) for broadcast or other publication by JusMad Productions (“JMP”) or any of its affiliated companies or entities, and may be distributed in all markets and media worldwide and in perpetuity. By submitting, you acknowledge and agree to the above, and the following terms and conditions and consent to your name and geographic location possibly being published in connection with the publication, distribution and/or broadcast of your Submission(s).
1. Neither JMP nor any of its affiliated companies or entities is obligated to use or pay you for any Submission.
2. It is possible that similar Submissions may be submitted to JMP by multiple sources and that a Submission may be similar to ideas generated or developed independently by JMP employees.
3. All Submissions shall become the property of JMP, may be edited for length, clarity and/or functionality, will not be subject to any obligation of confidentiality, may be shared with and used by the staff of JMP and any of their affiliated companies or entities and shared with legal authorities if JMP believes it warranted. Neither JMP nor any third or other party with whom JMP shares the Submissions shall be liable for any use or disclosure of any information or Submission that you submit.
4. JMP shall exclusively own all known or later existing rights to the Submissions worldwide and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose in all media now known or hereafter discovered without compensation to the provider of such Submissions.
5. JMP reserves the right to change due dates for Submissions, or other specifics, as it deems necessary in its sole and exclusive discretion.
6. By providing the Submissions, you represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years old.
7. No Submission may contain any material that is abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, invades a person's privacy, violates any law, any intellectual property or other property or other rights, or is known to be false.
